844例平和质体检者的舌象与体检数据的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用舌诊降低平和质判定假阳性率的可能性。方法:观察对象为844例体质辨识属平和质的体检者(男性398人,女性446人),由中医师进行舌诊。纳入分析的体检数据有BMI、BP、EKG、胸透/胸片(X-ray)、腹部B超(肝、胆、脾、双肾)、WBC、RBC、HGB、ALT、AST、BUN、CR、URIC、GLU、CHO、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C。计算体检数据、舌象的异常频数与异常发生率,并采用χ2检验进行比较。结果:平和质体检者的体检指标中,114人的体检指标全部正常,BMI、肝脏B超、TG、CHO、LDL-C和EKG的异常发生率高于20%;常见的异常舌象是暗红舌、红/绛舌、腻苔、厚苔;"暗红舌、腻苔"者BMI、肝脏B超、ALT、URIC、TG、HDL-C的异常发生率显著升高(P值分别为0.004、0.041、0.03、<0.01、<0.01、0.001);肝功能异常者大多出现腻苔和厚苔。结论:舌象异常与体检数据异常之间存在一定的相关性。在平和质的判断中,可以通过舌诊来提高判断的准确性。This study was aimed to discuss the possibility of applying tongue diagnosis for reducing false positive rate of gentleness constitution. A total of 844 cases （398 male cases, 446 female cases） of gentleness constitution health inspection people had been evaluated by the health examination according to the standard methods. And the tongue diagosis of each case was determined by Chinese medicine practitioners. Using the chi-square test for the comparison of the health examination results with the frequency and occurrence rate of different tongue characteristics. The results showed that in the health examination of all cases, only 114 cases showed normal results, whereas the incidence of the abnormal BMI, liver ultrasound, TG, CHO, LDL-C and EKG of the rest were all above 20%. The most seen abnormal tongue colour of all cases were dark red tongue and red / crimson tongue, whereas the most seen abnormal tongue fur were greasy fur and thick fur. Cases with abnormal liver function results were presented in cases with more thick and greasy tongue fur. Dark red and greasy fur tongue cases had more abnormal BMI, liver ultrasound, ALT, URIC, TG and HDL-C results shown （The P value was 0.004, 0.041 0.03, 〈 0.01, 〈 0.01, and 0.001）. Cases with abnormal liver function results had more thick and greasy tongue coating shown. It was concluded that the tongue characteristics and health examination results showed corresponding relation. Adding tradtional Chinese medicine tongue diagnosis as an aspect may reduce the false positive rate of gentleness constitution.
