彩色多普勒超声在2型糖尿病下肢血管病变中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:通过临床对2型糖尿病患者应用彩色多普勒超声检查,分析该检查在患者下肢血管病变中的应用效果。方法:选择30例2型糖尿病患者作为观察组,另外选取30例非2型糖尿病患者作为对照组,临床均应用彩色多普勒超声检查,观察两组患者下肢血管病变的情况。结果:通过临床观察发现,观察组患者下肢血管管腔出现粥样硬化斑块、闭塞以及狭窄的发生率明显高于对照组,观察组患者以足背动脉病变最为明显,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声检查能够准确的诊断患者下肢血管病变的情况,对患者的防治以及治疗具有一定的指导意义。Objective To through the clinical application of patients with type 2 diabetes color ultrasonic inspection,analysis of the inspection in patients with vascular lesions application effect of the lower limbs.Methods This subject research of 30 cases of sexual selection 2 diabetes as research group,another 30 cases of sexual selection 2 diabetes as control group,the clinical application of color ultrasonic examination are observed,two groups of patients with vascular lesions of the lower limbs.Results Through the clinical observation found that the observation group patients lower limb blood vessels in the lumen of atherosclerotic plaque,occlusion,and the incidence of narrow significantly higher than those in the control group,the observation group patients to the most obvious back to the arteries,between the two groups is a statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Color ultrasonic examination can accurate diagnosis of patients with vascular lesions of lower extremities,the prevention and control of the treatment to patients and has a guiding significance.
