比索洛尔联合生脉胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价比索洛尔联合生脉胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将48例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各24例,治疗组在对照组基础上加服比索洛尔及生脉胶囊。观察两组治疗6个月后的心绞痛发作情况、心电图变化、急性心肌梗死、心律失常及不良反应。结果:在治疗6个月后,治疗组及对照组疗效总有效率分别为87.5%和66.6%,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组心律失常发生率、心肌梗死发生率及因心绞痛再住院率明显优于对照组。两组患者均未发生猝死。结论:比索洛尔联合生脉胶囊可明显改善不稳定型心绞痛患者临床症状。Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of bisoprolol and Shengmai Capsule in treatment of unstable angina（UA）. Methods 48 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into treatment group（24 cases） and control group（24 cases）.Both groups were followed up for 6 months.Angina pectoris,ECG,acute myocardial infarction,arrhythmias and adverse reaction were observed.Results After 6 months of treatment,the total efficacy of the treatment group and the control group were 87.5% and 66.6% respectively,the difference was significant（P0.05）.Compared with the control group,the incidence of arrhythmia and myocardial infarction,readmission for angina were reduced in the treatment group.Both group of patients were not sudden death.Conclusion Bisoprolol and Shengmai Capsule can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with UA.
