摘　　要：目的:探讨胆囊后—前三角的解剖法在腹腔镜胆囊切除术(Lapardscopic cholecy stectomg,LC)中的合理运用。方法:回顾性分析200例腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料。结果:198例成功手术,其中2例合并其他疾病中转开腹手术,1例行腔镜下胆总管切开取石术。结论:胆囊后—前三角解剖法是一种安全、容易掌握、并发症发生率低的手术方法。Objective To explore the operation technique of posterior-anterior cystohepatic triangle and its clinical application in laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）.Methods The clinical data of 200 patients underwent LC by using the operation technique of posterior-anterior cystohepatic triangle were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of the patients,LC was successfully completed in 198 cases.however,2 cases with other diseases were converted to open surgery.No bile duct injury,bile leak or hemorrhage occurred in this series.Conclusion It is safe and feasible to perform LC by using the operation technique of posterior-anterior cystohepatic triangle.
