摘  要:目的观察大黄酸(RH)对大鼠肠黏膜的保护作用。方法将28只SD雌性大鼠随机分成对照组、肠黏膜损伤组、RH保护组和RH修复组。用HE染色和体视学方法测量各组大鼠肠绒毛高度、肠隐窝深度、两者比值、肠绒毛中中央乳糜管体密度及其直径,ELISA法检测肠黏液中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)的浓度。结果 RH保护组、RH修复组与肠黏膜损伤组相比,肠绒毛高度增加,肠隐窝深度变浅,两者比值增大,肠绒毛中中央乳糜管体密度减小,直径缩短,肠黏液中IgA的浓度下降(P<0.05)。以上结果比较,以RH保护组效果为佳。结论 RH能改善损伤的肠黏膜结构,减轻肠绒毛的缩短,促进肠上皮的生长,减轻中央乳糜管的扩张,减少肠黏膜IgA的过度分泌,具有保护肠黏膜的作用。Objective To investigate the protective effects of rhein on intestinal mucosa in rats.Methods Twenty-eight female sprague dawley(SD) rats were randomly divided into four groups(n=7 per group),namely control group,intestinal mucosal injury group,rhein-prevented group and rhein-treated group.Using hematoxylin-eosin staining and stereological methods,the intestinal villus height,crypt depth,the ratio of them,volume density and diameter of the central lacteals were measured.The intestinal mucus IgA concentration was detected by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results Compared with the intestinal mucosal injury group,the intestinal villus height increased,crypt depth shallowed,the ratio of them increased,volume density and diameter of the central lacteals decreased and the IgA concentration of the intestinal mucus decreased in the rhein-prevented group and rhein-treated group.The effect of the rhein-prevented group was better than the rhein-treated group.Conclusions Rhein can improve the structure of the small intestine in the intestinal mucosal injury,including to mitigate the atrophy of intestinal villi,promote the growth of the intestinal epithelium,reduce the dilation of the central lacteals and the excessive secretion of intestinal mucosal IgA and play an important role in protecting the small intestinal mucosa.
