摘  要:针对宝钢4200mm厚板生产线粗轧机AGC伺服阀故障频繁的问题进行了分析,得出其主要原因是液压系统污染度和轧机牌坊间隙超标,通过采取增设伺服阀主阀芯实际位置反馈信号、定期跟踪液压缸底部油液的污染状态、加强对液压系统的冲洗工作和轧机牌坊间隙管理等措施后,AGC伺服阀使用寿命比原来提高了3倍多。In view of the problem of AGC servo valve frequent damage of roughing mill of Baosteel 4200ram heavy plate production line, the causes were analyzed. The main reasons were the hydraulic system contamination and the mill housing clearance exceed the standard. By adding actual position feedback signal of servo valve main valve core , regular tracking hydraulic cylinder bottom oil pollution status, strengthening measures of flushing the hydraulic system and the mill housing clearance management, AGC servo valve service life was increased by more than 3 times.
