甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法选取60例异位妊娠患者并随机分为两组,单采用甲氨蝶呤治疗者30例为对照组,在对照组治疗的基础上加用米非司酮治疗者30例为观察组,两组均治疗2周观察并比较两组患者血β-HCG值、包块大小等。结果观察组患者治疗有效率为93.33%,对照组患者治疗有效率为73.33%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后血β-HCG及包块直径分别为(1200.5±126.2)IU/L、(1.5±0.4)cm,对照组患者治疗后血β-HCG及包块直径分别为(1368.3±122.5)IU/L、(2.1±0.6)cm,两组患者本身与治疗前相比差异均有统计学意义,治疗后两组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两组相比甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠疗效显著,且患者血β-HCG值、包块大小下降更为显著,较单用甲氨蝶呤治疗疗效更佳,在严格掌握药物治疗适应征的情况下可作为首选疗法。Objective To observe the clinical effect of methorexate with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 60 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients were randomly divided into two groups, one with methorexate therapy and 30 cases as control group ,the control group treated with mifepristone in the treatment of 30 cases in observation group,two groups were treated for two weeks in two groups were observed in patients with serum I3-HCG, package block size. Results the effective rate of treatment to the patients in the observation group and 93.33% patients in the control group ,the effective rate of treatment was 73.33%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The patients in the observation group after treatment of blood 3-HCG and mass diameter were （ 1200.5 _＋ 126.2） IU/L, （ 1.5 -＋ 0.4 ） em, control group patients after blood 13-HCG and mass diameter were （1368.3 _＋ 122.5 ）IU/L, （2.1 _＋ 0.6）cm, two groups of the patients themselves compared with before treatment showed significant differences between the two groups after the treatment, but a significant difference, had statistics significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The two groups compared methorexate with mifepristone in treatment of ectopic pregnancy in patients with significant effect, and the blood 13-HCG values,lump size decreased more significantly, a single metho- rexate treatment effect, in the strict control of drug treatment indications cases can be used as the preferred therapy.
