河南省乡镇卫生院中医服务调查分析

摘　　要：目的分析河南省乡镇卫生院提供中医服务情况。方法采用统一问卷对省内2045个乡镇卫生院进行普查。结果政府举办和企事业单位举办的乡镇卫生院占89.54%;中专和大专的卫生人员占88.18%;中医类执业(助理)医师占其执业(助理)医师的23.16%;中医科业务用房面积占其房屋建筑面积的4.11%;中医设备占其设备总值的比例1.59%;10种调查的中医设备中,平均每种设备每个乡镇卫生院不到一个;中医科门诊人次数占乡镇卫生院门诊人次数9.25%,中医治疗收入占乡镇卫生院治疗收入的6.34%;中药处方数占乡镇卫生院总处方数的29.40%,中药收入占乡镇卫生院药品收入10.64%。结论乡镇卫生院是以政府和企事业单位举办为主;尽管卫生人员基本都有学历,但主要以中专和大专学历为主,低学历所占比例大;其中医卫生人员所占比例不大,但其人员素质相对较好;乡镇卫生院中医用房面积、中医设备价值及配备所占比例都不大;中医仍然在基层发挥着有简便、价廉的特色优势。Objective To investigate the service supply of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） in Township Health Center （THC） in He＇ nan. Methods Totally 2045 THCs were surveyed with the uniformed questionnaire in 2009. Results 89.54% of the THC were owned by the government and the enterprise ; the rate of the THC doctors with two-year medical education or three-year medical education was 88.18% ;the TCM doctor was 23.16% of THC doctor;the area of the TCM department of the THC was 4.11% of the building area of the THC ; the value of the TCM equipment was 1.59% of the total equipment value of the THC;each THC could not be allocated one for every kind of equipment among 10 kinds of investigated TCM equipment ; the TCM outpatients and emergency visits were 9.25% of the outpatients and emergency visits of the THC ;the TCM treatment income was only 6.34% of total THC treatment income ; the TCM prescription was 29.40% of total THC prescription, but the TCM drug in- come of the THC was only 10.64% of total THC drug income. Conclusion The THC was mainly owned by the government and the enterprise ; the rate of the TCM staff was not high, but they had a relatively higher quality; the majority of the doctor in the THC received two/three -year medical education, their medical educational level was low;the rates of the TCM department area, equipment value and TCM equipment allocatlon were low in the THC ; but TCM still had the advantage in supply of the convenient and cheap health service.
