临床护理路径在经桡动脉行PCI患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径(CNP)在经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入术的冠心病患者中的应用效果。方法将58例冠心病患者随机分为实验组及对照组各29例,对照组采用传统的医疗护理方法,实验组采用临床护理路径。比较两组患者健康知识掌握情况、满意度、术后并发症、住院时间、医疗费用等各项指标。结果实验组的健康知识掌握情况和患者满意度情况明显高于对照组(P<0.05);术后并发症、院内心肌梗死再次发作、再次行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗比较,实验组明显少于对照组(P<0.05);实验组住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),实验组医疗费用明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入术的患者中应用CNP,可以使患者以最经济的方式取得最佳治疗效果,提高患者满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the application of clinical nursing path （CNP） in transradial coronary intervention in pa- tients with coronary artery disease. Methods 58 cases of patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into experi- mental group and control group with 29 cases in each group, the control group used the traditional health care method, the experi- mental group using clinical nursing path. Comparison of 2 groups of patients＇ health knowledge, satisfaction, postoperative compli- cations, hospitalization, medical expenses and other indicators were conducted. Results Health knowledge and satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group（ P 〈 0.05） ;postoperativc complications, hospital myocardial infarction attack again, undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention in the experimental group were less than those of control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; in the experimental group, hospitalization time was obviously shorter that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ;in the experimental group medical costs were significantly less than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- elusion among patients with CNP, transradial coronary intervention can make the patients in the most economical way to get the best curative effect, improve patients＇ satisfaction, it was worthy of popularization and application.
