摘 要:本文根据油菜菌核病(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum L.) 离体叶片接种、局部菌丝块接种、捆绑叶柄接种和牙签穿刺接种等人工接种方法的试验结果,初步研究油菜同品种在不同生育期耐病性的差异.结果表明:低芥酸甘蓝型油菜品系81007在五叶至七叶期、抽苔期和初花期耐病性有明显差异.与81002相比,病斑直径(长度) 减少率分别为-76.59%、-17.64%、17.95%和38.0%.表现出苗期耐病性弱,抽薹后耐病性强.其他参试品种(系)在不同生育时期耐病性强弱趋势基本一致.文中对这种耐病性差异存在的意义及在油菜抗病育种中利用价值进行了讨论.Preliminary study on tolerance to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum L. at differ-ent growth stages of rape of the same variety was conducted according to the ex-periments of artificial inoculation by using detached leaves, alive leaves in seedli-ngs, parafilm binding mycelium on the leafstalk of the plant and toothpick pene-trating the stem of the plant with S. sclerotiorum. Results have indicated thatthere were a significant difference at different growth stages of line 81007 (B.napus L. ) which was susceptible to the disease at seedling stage and was tolerantin post peduncle-growing period. There were no difference at different growthstages in the others.
