摘 要:在半钢炼钢过程中,由于半钢中硅、锰等元素含量极低,进入渣中的SiO2、MnO较少,生成的渣系是典型的CaO-FeO体系,导致炉渣熔点高,成渣困难。虽然加入了铁矾土等利于造渣、化渣的原材料,但是因半钢成分波动大,各种造渣原材料加入量难以准确控制,导致造渣料消耗高。优化配料软件可以根据半钢成分、造渣材料成分等冶炼数据,快速进行优化配料计算,优化半钢炼钢炉料结构,从而改善渣的冶金性能,降低造渣料消耗,降低半钢炼钢成本。process, because silicon, manganese and other elements were very low in semi steel, and SiO2 and MnO were less in the slag, the generated slag system is a typical CaO-FeO system, which leads to high slag melting point and melting difficultly. Although laterite and other beneficial slagging materials were putted in, the adding amount of materials is difficult to control accurately because of the composition fluctuation of semi steel, which leading to high consumption of slagging material. The optimization of ingredients software can opti- mize quickly the burden calculation and the burden structure of semi steel steelmaking furnace based on semi steel components and slagging material smelting data, thus metallurgical properties of slag was improved, consumption and semi steel steelmaking cost was reduced. slagging material
