半导体激光联合阿昔洛韦软膏治疗颜面单纯疱疹临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察半导体激光联合阿昔洛韦软膏治疗颜面单纯疱疹的疗效。方法将颜面单纯疱疹患者118例,随机分成2组。对照组60例给予5%阿昔洛韦软膏外用治疗。治疗组58例在对照组治疗基础上加用半导体激光照射皮损部位。疗程7天。结果治疗组与对照组治疗后病情积分均有所下降,治疗组的病情积分下降明显大于对照组(P<0.01);初发者与复发者均是治疗组的病情积分下降明显大于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组痊愈率与有效率均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半导体激光联合阿昔洛韦软膏治疗颜面单纯疱疹较单纯外用药物疗效好,无不良反应。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined therapy of semiconductor laser and acyclovir ointment on patients with facial herpes simplex. Methods Altogether 118 patients with facial herpes simplex were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group.The former were treated with acyclovir ointment,and the latter with semiconductor laser and acyclovir ointment.For each group,the treatment lasted for seven days and the therapeutic effect was assessed by scores. Results Both the severity scores of the control and treatment groups dropped after the treatment（P〈0.01）,but there was significant difference between the groups（P〈0.01） in terms of decrease amount.The treatment group had a much lower condition score than the control group after the treatment for the onset cases as well as the recurrence cases,and both the cure rate and effective rate of the treatment group was greater than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Combined therapy of semiconductor laser and acyclovir ointment is more effective than topical medication therapy in treating facial herpes simplex.It will increase efficacy rate while relieving pain significantly.
