摘 要:为研究ZnO纳米粒子对轧制液摩擦学性能和轧制润滑性能的影响,制备了以ZnO纳米粒子为添加剂的水基纳米轧制液和传统轧制乳化液.通过四球摩擦学试验和四辊冷轧试验,对比研究了其摩擦学特性和轧制润滑性能,利用金相显微镜和热场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)等手段对轧后硅钢表面的形貌和成分进行分析,并给出了ZnO纳米粒子的减摩抗磨作用机理.研究表明:随接触载荷增大,水基轧制液的μ值和轧后表面粗糙度呈现出不同于传统轧制乳化液的变化趋势;水基轧制液的ZnO纳米粒子含量为0.7%时,摩擦学性能和轧制润滑性能最好,与传统轧制液相比,极压系数PB提高8.4%,摩擦系数μ降低43%,轧后表面粗糙度Ra降低37%;颗粒状ZnO纳米粒子分布在摩擦副表面的纳米级间隙处,类似微球轴承,起支承载荷的作用,使轧制液的减摩抗磨性能提高.To research the effects of Nano-ZnO as additives on the tribological performance and lubricity of water-based rolling liquid,four-ball tribological experiments and four-high cold rolling experiments were conducted.The morphology of Silicon steel stripes surface after rolling was analyzed by optical microscope and FESEM and surface roughness was analyzed by TR200 tester.Mechanism of anti-wear and friction-reducing of nano-ZnO was given.The results show that both of tribological coefficient and surface Roughness Ra of the water-based rolling liquid present a trend of decrease as contact load increases,which is contrary to the data obtained with traditional rolling emulsion.The optimal content of the water-based rolling liquid is 0.7%.Comparing to traditional emulsion,load capacity PB values increase by 8.4%,and μ value and surface roughness Ra value decrease by 43% and 37%,respectively.The ZnO nanoparticles in the deformation area work like "tiny ball bearing",which can support loads and reduce friction.
