皮肤原位再生医疗技术在小儿烧伤中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的总结皮肤原位再生医疗技术治疗小儿烧伤创面的优点。方法完全遵照皮肤原位再生医疗技术的原则治疗小儿烧伤,包括全身系统规范治疗及创面规范处理,并对应用后的效果进行评价分析。结果 64例患儿中完全治愈63例,死亡1例。治愈的63例患儿创面均自行愈合,浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面平均愈合时间8.36 d±1.98 d,深Ⅱ度烧伤创面平均愈合时间15.05 d±2.73 d,浅Ⅲ度烧伤创面平均愈合时间28.92 d±7.75 d。所有病例功能恢复良好,且治疗过程中无出血,疼痛轻,且无1例发生感染。结论皮肤原位再生医疗技术为小儿烧伤创面提供了全新的治疗方法,临床结果显示其具有显著的疗效和较强的实用性、先进性。Objective To summarize the advantages of In Situ Skin Regenerative Restoration Technique in the treatment of pediatric burns. Methods Follow the principles of In Situ Skin Regenerative Restoration Technique to treat pediatric burns, including the standard systemic treatment and standard wound management. In addition, the treatment effi-cacies of the technique were evaluated and analyzed. Results Of the 64 children patients, 63 were cured and one died. All the wounds of the 63 cured patients got healed voluntarily, of which, the mean healing time of superficial Ⅱ degree burn wounds was 8. 36 d ± 1. 98 d, that of deep Ⅱ degree burn wounds was 15. 05 d ± 2. 73 d and that of superficial Ⅲ degree burn wounds was 28. 92 d ± 7. 75 d. All the patients realized good functional recovery. During the treatment, pain was mild, and no bleeding and infection occurred. Conclusion In Situ Skin Regenerative Restoration Technique is a brand new treatment for pediatric burns and the clinical results have proven that it can realize significant treatment efficacy and has strong practical applicability and advancement.
