摘　　要：目的探讨湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)和美宝创疡贴联合应用治疗严重污染的急性皮肤擦挫伤的疗效。方法创面外涂MEBO,结合创疡贴换药治疗皮肤擦挫伤创面,并给予全身综合性治疗,观察创面愈合效果。结果患者创面一期愈合,无瘢痕形成。结论 MEBO和创疡贴联合应用治疗严重擦挫伤,疗效理想,方法简便易行,患者满意。Objective To explore the efficacy of MEBO （Moist Exposed Burns Ointment） in combination with MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing （MEBO Dressing for short） in the treatment of severely contaminated acute skin abrasion and contusion. Methods Smear MEBO on the wound surface and then cover the wound with MEBO Dressing; change dressing regularly. Systemic comprehensive treatment was also given. Observe the wound healing effect. Results The wounds realized the primary healing with no scar formation. Conclusion： MEBO in combination with MEBO Dressing when applied to treat severe abrasion and contusion can realize ideal therapeutic efficacy, which is easy to operate and satisfying.
