美宝创疡贴用于皮脂腺囊肿切开引流创面的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察美宝创疡贴治疗皮脂腺囊肿并感染切开引流创面的临床疗效。方法将符合皮脂腺囊肿并感染的患者75例随机分为创疡贴治疗组38例和凡士林纱条对照组37例,观察比较两组患者换药时疼痛程度、创面局部炎症反应、创面愈合时间及愈后瘢痕增生等情况。结果两组患者创面经换药治疗后均愈合,但治疗组愈合时间(13.90 d±2.21 d)较对照组(18.70 d±2.70 d)愈合时间短(P<0.01);换药时疼痛较轻,数字化疼痛计分显示,治疗组(3.85±0.58)较对照组(5.12±O.61)分值低(P<0.05);创面炎症消退较快,治疗组创面炎症消退时间(5.27 d±0.61 d)较对照组(9.63 d±1.82 d)愈合时间短(P<0.05);愈后创面瘢痕增生较轻,治疗组瘢痕增生发生率(13.16%)较对照组(62.16%)低(P<0.01);囊肿复发较少,治疗组囊肿复发率(2.63%)较对照组(29.73%)低(P<0.01)。结论创疡贴治疗皮脂腺囊肿并感染切开引流创面,能减轻患者创面疼痛,有效控制创面感染,明显缩短创面愈合时间,愈后创面瘢痕增生不明显,复发率低,临床疗效显著,操作简便,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effects of MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing in treating the incision and drainage wounds of sebaceous cyst complicated with infection. Methods A total of 75 patients with sebaceous cyst and infection were randomly divided into MEBO Dressing treatment group （38 patients） and Vaseline gauze control group （37 patients）. The pain degree, topical inflammatory reaction, wound healing time and situation of scar hyperplasia after wound healing of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The patients in the two groups were all cured after the dressing change. The healing time in MEBO Dressing treatment group was 13. 90 d ± 2. 21 d which was shorter than that （18. 70 d ± 2. 70 d） in the Vaseline gauze control group （P 〈 0. 01）. The pain during the dressing change in MEBO group was much milder and the digital pain scale showed that the score of MEBO group （3. 85 ± 0. 58） was less than that （5. 12 ± 0. 61） in the Vaseline group （P 〈 0. 05）. The time needed for inflammation to disappear in MEBO group was 5. 27 d ± 0. 61 d which was shorter than that （9. 63 d ± 1. 82 d） in the Vaseline group （P 〈 0. 05）. After the wounds healed, there was less scar hyperplasia in MEBO group and the occurrence rate of scar hyperplasia in MEBO group was 13. 16% which was lower than that （62. 16% ） in the Vaseline group （P 〈 0. 01）. There were less cases with cyst relapse in MEBO group and the relapse rate in MEBO group was 2. 63% which was lower than that （29. 73% ） in the Vaseline group （P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing when used in the treatment of incision and drainage wounds of sebaceous cyst complicated with infection, can relieve patients’ pain, control wound infection effectively and shorten the wound healing time significantly as well as result in less scar hyperplasia and lower relapse rate, which has definite clinical effects in addition to its easy and simple operation, deserving being promoted widely in c
