湿润烧伤膏外敷预防静脉滴注夫西地酸钠致静脉炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)对静脉留置针滴注夫西地酸钠引起静脉炎的预防效果。方法将100例使用静脉留置针滴注夫西地酸钠的患者随机分为外敷组和对照组,各50例,外敷组采用湿润烧伤膏外敷注射部位,对照组不采用任何预防措施,观察两组静脉炎发生率及留置针留置时间。结果外敷组较对照组静脉炎发生率低,患者输注时的疼痛症状较轻,静脉留置针留置时间明显延长。结论采用湿润烧伤膏外敷静脉留置针注射部位,可有效地预防静脉炎的发生,延长留置针留置时间,减轻患者痛苦。Objective To observe the effects of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment （MEBO） in preventing phlebitis caused by the intravenous remaining needle drip of Sodium Fusidate. Methods A total of 100 patients accepting the intra-venous remaining needle drip of Sodium Fusidate were randomly divided into one external application group and a control group, 50 patients in each group. The external application group used MEBO to cover the drip site while the control group did not take any preventive measures. The occurrence rate of phlebitis and the retention time of the remaining needle were observed in each group respectively. Results Compared with the control group, the external application group showed that the occurrence rate of phlebitis was lower, the pain symptom during the drip was milder and the retention time of the venous remaining needle was obviously longer. Conclusion Applying MEBO externally at the drip site of the venous remaining needle can effectively prevent the occurrence of phlebitis, prolong the retention time of the remaining needle and relieve patients’ pain.
