摘  要:目的:研究核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)抑制剂吡咯烷二硫甲酸盐(PDTC)对心肌梗死后心力衰竭大鼠心、肾肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)蛋白表达的影响及意义。方法:通过结扎左冠状动脉前降支4周建立大鼠心肌梗死后心力衰竭模型。采用免疫组织化学观察PDTC干预后心衰大鼠心、肾组织TNF-α蛋白表达变化。结果:与假手术PDTC干预组相比,PDTC干预心衰大鼠后,大鼠心、肾组织中TNF-α蛋白表达明显减少。结论:PDTC可使心衰大鼠心、肾组织TNF-α蛋白表达减少,从而改善心衰大鼠心、肾功能。Objective: To study the impact and significance of NF-κB inhibitor pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (PDTC) on heart failure after myocardial infarction in the rat heart and kidney TNF-α protein expression. Methods: Rat myocardial infarction heart failure model was established by ligation of anterior descending branch of the left coronary artery for 4 weeks. TNF-α protein expression of the heart and renal tissues were observed after PDTC intervention on the rats with congestive heart fail- ure by imrnunohistochemistry. Results: Compared with the sham operation PDTC intervention group, TNF-α protein expres- sioii of the heart and renal tissues was significantly reduced in the PDTC intervention group. Conclusion: PDTC could im- prove the heart and kidney function of heart failure rats by reducing the expression of TNF-α protein in the heart and kidney tissues.
