摘  要:目的:评价磁共振血管成像一三维时间分辨力对比剂动力成像(3D-Tricks)对颈外动脉主要分支类型的显示能力及三维影像学特征。方法:对纳入研究对象43例进行3D-Tricks序列扫描,其均无颈部和脑部明显血管性疾病,利用容积再现、多平面重建及最大强度投影技术对颈外动脉分支进行图像在线分析,观察颈外动脉分支、类型及形态,并测量颈外动脉分支起始点至颈总动脉分叉距离。结果:43例研究对象共显示了45侧甲状腺上动脉,86侧舌动脉、面动脉、上颌动脉、颞浅动脉及枕动脉;其中舌动脉与面动脉共干27侧,舌动脉与甲状腺上动脉共干1侧。颈外动脉向后方发出的动脉分支显示较差,仅有9侧枕动脉起始段显示清晰。结论:3D-Tricks技术能较好地评价颈外动脉主要分支(包括舌动脉、面动脉、上颌动脉、颞浅动脉),为临床医师提供解剖学资料,对口腔、颌面部某些肿瘤的外科或介入治疗具有重要的指导意义。Objective: To evaluate the ability of three-dimensional time-resolved imaging of contrast kinetics (3D-Tricks) technique for identifying the main branches of the external carotid arteries with 3D reformation technique. Methods : Forty-three subjects without vascular disease of the brain and neck underwent 3.0T MR scan using the 3D-Tricks sequence. Morphologic features of the main branches of the external carotid arteries were observed using volume rendering, multi-planar reformat and maxi- mum intensity projection techniques. The distance from the origin of these branches to bifurcation of the common carotid ar- tery was measured. Results: Forty-five superior thyroid arteries and 86 lingual arteries, facial arteries, maxillary arteries, superficial temporal arteries and occipital arteries were clearly displayed in 43 subjects. Twenty-seven lingual arteries origi nated from the facial arteries and only one lingual artery was from the superior thyroid arteries. The posterior branches of external carotid arteries were not clearly observed. The beginning segments of nine occipital arteries were clearly shown. Conclusion: 3I〉Tricks can clearly visualize the morphologic features o~ the main branches of the external carotid artery such as lingual artery, facial artery, maxillary artery and superficial temporal artery. The anatomic data could be beneficial for clinical surgery or interventional therapy of tumor in oral and maxillofacial regions.
