摘  要:目的:探讨广西壮、汉族青年中耳解剖结构在冠状高分辨率CT的影像解剖学特点是否存在差异性,积累广西壮、汉族颞骨断层影像解剖学资料。方法:选取160例壮、汉族男女青年,用西门子128层螺旋CT以眦耳线相垂直的直线为扫描基线扫描,获得厚度为0.625turn的连续薄层CT图像。选取经锤骨头前部层面、匙突层面、卵圆窗层面和圆窗龛层面等4个层面对中耳主要解剖结构进行观测。结果:不同民族、性别青年的中耳部分解剖结构间的距离对比差异有统计学意义。结论:广西壮、汉族青年之间中耳解剖结构存在民族、性别差异,对中耳疾病的影像诊断和耳显微外科手术治疗具有参考价值。Objective: To investigate whether there are differences in coronal high-resolution computed tomography imaging anatomical feature between Zhuang and Han nationality in Guangxi, in order to accumulate data for temporal bone's sectional imaging anatomy of Guangxi Zhuang and Han nationality young people. Methods: 160 Zhuang and Han young people were selected. 128-slice spiral CT of Simens was used to scan a line perpendicular to canthomeatal line as baseline and get continu- ous thin-setion CT images with a thickness of 0. 625 mm. Four layers were designated through the layer of the anterior part head of malleus, cochleariform process, oval window and the round window niche to observe the major anatomical structure of the middle ear. Results: The differences were significant in the anatomical structures of the middle ear between different nationalities and genders. Conclusion: National and sex differences exist in the anatomical structure of the middle ear be- tween Zhuang and Han nationality young people in Guangxi. The study results provide reference for imaging diagnosis of the middle ear disease and otomicrosurgery treatment.
