流感嗜血杆菌急性呼吸道感染的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　了解流感嗜血杆菌在成人呼吸道感染中的患病情况和临床特征。方法　有呼吸道感染症状的住院患者 1 2 4例。收集痰标本处理后接种X、V培基 ,放置 5 %～ 1 0 %CO2 烛缸中 ,在 35～ 37℃温箱中孵育 2 4～48h ,使流感嗜血杆菌 (Hin)培养和鉴定。结果　本组患者Hin感染 2 5例 ,成人呼吸道感染的阳性率 2 0 .2 % ,下呼吸道感染 2 2例 (88% ) ,有基础疾病者 1 6例 (64% ) ,其中慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性期居基础病之首 (50 % ) ;年龄多在 30岁以下和 60岁以上多见 ,其临床表现无特征性。结论　流感嗜血杆菌在成人呼吸道感染中有重要地位 。Objective To find out the infection rate and the clinical features of patieats with acute respiratory tract infection caused by Haemophilus influenzae (Hin).Methods A prospective study for Hin was conducted in 124 patients with respiratory tract infection. Sputa were taken and identified.Results In this group 25 patients with acute respiratory infection by Hin took up 20.2%,of whom 22 patients (88%) suffered from inferior respiratory tract infection. 16 of them had basic disease (16/25,64%) and 8 had been in COPD attacking period. The clinical feature between Hin infection n=25) and non Hin infection (n=99) was not significantly different. Conclusion Hin infection is very important to adult acute respiratory infection and we should pay more attention to old patients who had basic disease with Hin infection.
