摘　　要：农产品全产业链运作模式是一种农业产业化创新经营模式,其运作关键是纵向一体化和紧密型多元化经营的有效协同,要实现农产品从种养源头到餐桌的全程质量安全,关键在于技术主导型和资源驱动型全产业链治理的有效整合。对浙江寿仙谷案例的研究表明,全产业链运作模式为解释当前农产品质量安全问题产生的深层次原因提供了新的视角,也为有效治理农产品质量安全问题提供了新的理论依据。The operational mode for the whole industry chain of agricultural products is a kind of innovative business model for the industrialization of agriculture. The key of the operation is an effective coordination for the vertical integration and close business diversification. The key depends on the effective management of the whole industry chain with the technol- ogy oriented and resources driven type, for which the quality and safety of the agricultural products can be realized from farm- ing source to the dining table. The research on ShouXian valley in Zhejiang shows that the operation mode of the whole indus- try chain can provide the new perspective for explaining the profound reason about the quality and safety of agricultural prod- ucts, which also provides the new theory basis for effectively governing the quality and safety of agricultural products.
