摘 要:以区域创新理论为基础,设计了一套衡量创新资源集聚、流动与创新型城市建设的指标体系。根据提炼出的相关数据,运用因子分析法对我国创新型试点城市的创新资源集聚、流动和城市建设水平进行评估和比较。基于分析结果,运用相关分析和聚类分析探索了创新资源集聚、流动和创新型城市建设的相互关系。结果表明,创新资源集聚和流动显著影响创新型城市建设水平,创新资源集聚度高、流动性强的城市,创新建设水平一般也高;与创新资源集聚度相比,创新资源流动性与创新型城市建设水平的相关性更强。要提升创新型城市建设水平必须同时实现创新资源的集聚和流动。Base on the theory of regional innovation,a set of indicators to measure the innovative resource agglomeration,flow and creative city construction is designed.Then the relevant data is extracted.The following step is to assess and compare the innovative resource agglomeration,flow and the construction of creative pilot cities by factor analysis.According to the statistical analysis results,the relationship between innovative resource agglomeration,flow and creative city construction is explored through correlation analysis and cluster analysis.The research shows that innovative resource agglomeration and flow significantly affect creative city construction,the greater the degree of innovative resource agglomeration and flow,the better the construction of creative city,and compared to resource agglomeration,resource flow is more relevant to creative city construction.To enhance the level of creative city construction,the agglomeration and flow of innovative resource must be both achieved.
