摘  要:为了提高现代包装机械的生产效率、可靠性和稳定性,提出了将一种新型蜗杆——无侧隙双滚子包络环面蜗杆应用到现代包装机械中。通过对该蜗杆传动副的数学模型和齿面接触螺旋线方程进行分析研究,提出了基于事物特性表的零件快速设计方法。采用高级语言在三维CAD系统中进行了二次开发,采用SQL Server数据库技术建立了事物特性表,实现了无侧隙双滚子包络环面蜗杆的快速变型设计,实例验证了该系统的正确可靠。In order to improve the production efficiency,reliability and stability of modern packaging machinery,a new worm was proposed to be applied to modern packaging machinery,which was called non-backlash double roller enveloping hourglass worm.After analysis on the mathematical models of worm gearing and the helixes' equations of tooth surface,a rapid design method based on tabular layouts of article characteristics was put forward.The rapid variant design of non-backlash double roller enveloping hourglass worm was realized,which applied the secondary development on three-dimensional CAD system using high-level language and tabular layouts of article characteristics established by SQL Server database technology.The system was demonstrated to be correct and reliable with examples.
