摘 要:研究不锈钢纤维纯纺纱织物的电磁屏蔽性能。采用不锈钢纤维纯纺纱与棉纱交织,从织物的组织结构、纱线配置、织物层数等影响因素出发,对不锈钢纤维纯纺纱织物的电磁屏蔽性能和织物模拟处理前后电磁屏蔽性能的变化进行了测试。结果表明:织物组织、纱线的嵌织配置关系、织物层数等均是影响织物电磁屏蔽性能的显著性因素;织物开口、裁剪处理后会影响织物的电磁屏蔽效能。指出:织物的紧密率对最终的屏蔽效能产生直接影响,欲实现较大的织物紧密率,应选择缎纹等浮长较长的组织;织物的屏蔽效能不能与服装的屏蔽效能等同对待。Electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of pure stainless steel fabric was studied. Pure stainless steel yarn was interwoven with pure cotton yarn. Electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of pure stainless steel fabric, changes of fabric electromagnetic shielding effectiveness before and after simulation cutting process were tested from effect factors of fabric texture, yarn, fabric layers. The result shows that the three factors are significant factors of effecting fabric electromagnetic shielding effectiveness. Fabric electromagnetic shielding effectiveness was affected by fabric opening and cutting treatment. It is pointed out that fabric final shielding effectiveness was affected by fabric tightness. Larger fabric close rate can be realized by selecting satin weave et al. Shielding effectiveness of fabric and clothing should not be treated as same.
