摘  要:研究不同混纺比的聚噁二唑纤维阻燃维纶纤维混纺纱的成纱性能。纺制了不同混纺比的聚噁二唑纤维阻燃维纶纤维混纺纱,并测试其拉伸性能、毛羽、条干均匀度和阻燃性能,分析了混纺比与纱线整体品质以及阻燃性能的关系。试验结果表明:当聚噁二唑纤维含量为30%时,混纺纱强度最低;随着聚噁二唑纤维含量的增加,混纺纱的条干均匀度和毛羽得到改善,阻燃性能下降,但燃烧过程中的尺寸稳定性变好。认为,应根据生产成本、纱线用途优选聚噁二唑纤维阻燃维纶纤维混纺纱的混纺比。Property of blended yarn composed by different blending ratio of polyoxadiazole fiber and flame retardant vinylon fiber were studied. The blended yarns with different blending ratio were spun, the blended yarn tensile property, hairiness,evenness CV and flame retardant property were tested. Relationship among blending ratio, yarn overall quality and flame retardant property was analyzed. The test result shows that the blended yarn strength is the lowest when the content of polyoxadiazole fiber is 30%. As content of polyoxadiazole fiber increases, the blended yarn evenness CV and hairiness are improved, the flame retardant property is reduced, while dimensional stability in combustion process is changing better. It is considered that the blending ratio should be selected according to production cost and yarn usage.
