摘 要:为研究混纺比对木棉棉混纺纱性能的影响,对不同混纺比木棉棉混纺纱的强伸性能、条干CV、毛羽等性能指标进行了测试分析。试验结果表明:随着木棉纤维含量的增加,混纺纱的强伸性能、毛羽、条干CV等性能指标均呈下降趋势。当木棉纤维含量低于30%时,混纺纱的断裂强力下降幅度小;当木棉纤维含量超过50%后,混纺纱的断裂伸长率下降明显。认为:木棉纤维可与棉纤维进行混纺,但混纺比不宜大于30%,否则对纱线性能及织造工艺有较大影响。Effect of blending ratio on kapok cotton blended yarn property was researched. Property indexes of tensile property, evenness CV, hairiness of blended yarn with different blending ratios were tested and analyzed. The result shows that property indexes of blended yarn tensile, hairiness, evenness CV were reduced as kapok fiber content decrea- ses. As content of kapok fiber is lower than 30%, decline of blended yarn breaking strength are smaller. As content of kapok fiber is more than 50%, breaking elongation of blended yarn is reduced obviously. It is considered that kapok fiber can be blended with cotton for spinning yarn, the content of kapok should not be more than 30%, or the blended yarn property and weaving processing will be effected.
