摘　　要：目的:了解我院住院患者的用药情况。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,查阅我院临床药学室2007-2011年临床药学查房记录中20774份病历医嘱的用药情况,统计不合理用药病历数及类型。结果:不合理用药2184例,占总病历数的10.51%。其中,外科系统不合理用药所占比例最大,达5.20%;其次为内科系统,不合理用药比例占3.28%;妇儿系统和五官系统所占比例分别为1.55%和0.48%。结论:我院医师在诊疗活动中存在不合理用药情况,会对患者的治疗过程产生一定影响。To investigate the drug use of inpatients in our hospital. METHODS： By retrospective survey, 20 774 medical records of clinical pharmacy ward round in our hospital during 2007-2011 were reviewed and the number and sorts of irrational drug use were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： The case number of irrational drug use was 2 184, accounting for 10.51% of all the medical records. In the results above, the number of irrational drug use in surgical department took up the most proportion, reaching 5.20% ; followed by internal medicine department of 3.28% ; the proportion of gynaecology and paediatrics department was 1.55% and that of ophthalmology department was 0.48%. CONCLUSION： There is irrational drug use of physicians in our hospital during diagnosis and treatment, which has a bad effect on the patients＇ treatment. Clinical pharmacists should strengthen the communication with doctors and take corresponding measures to the problems of drug use in different departments in order to improve rational drug use in the clinic.
