摘  要:目的:评价我院2008-2010年注射用抗菌药物使用频率的合理性。方法:统计我院2008-2010年注射用抗菌药物的使用频率,并根据药动学-药效学(PK/PD)模型对其应用的合理性进行分析。结果与结论:依据PK/PD模型,我院头孢菌素类、碳青霉烯类、糖肽类抗菌药物以每日1次为主,合理性较差,但逐年趋于合理;氨基糖苷类和氟喹诺酮类均以每日1次为主,合理性较好。我院存在抗菌药物不合理应用现象,需进一步规范其临床应用并采取行政干预措施。To investigate the rationality of the dosing frequencies of antibiotics for injection in our hospital from 2008 to 2010. METHODS: The dosing frequency of antibiotics for injection in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 was statistically analyzed and the rationality of it was analyzed using PK/PD model. RESULTS&CONCLUSION: Using PK/PD model, the dosing frequencies of antibiotics were once a day mostly and thus those of cephalosporins, carbopenems and glycopeptide were far from rational but became rational year by year. Aminoglycosides and quinolones had features of better reasonability. The use of antibiotics displays the phenomenon of irrational use in our hospital. The clinical use of the antibiotic drugs should be standardized or the administrative intervention measures should be taken.
