摘 要:主要研究了利用Mie散射理论优化防透明纤维开发中的添加微粒选择。基于Mie散射理论,通过Matlab编程计算,详细分析了添加微粒的相对折射率、尺度参数以及入射光波长对消光系数的影响。结果表明:在入射光波长和微粒折射率确定的条件下,单颗粒的消光系数强烈依赖于其尺寸大小,且存在唯一的对应最大消光系数的微粒尺寸;而随着微粒相对折射率的增加,消光系数增大;最后在不考虑色散的前提下,消光系数随着入射光波长的变化规律与微粒尺寸紧密相关。在防透明纤维开发中,应尽可能选择相对折射率大的微粒,同时微粒的尺寸大小和分布也应合理选择。最后举例说明了防透明纤维在毛纺产品开发中的应用。This study is designed to the selection of added particulate in the development of the opaque fiber by Mie scattering theory.Based on Mie scatter theory,this study make detailed analysis on the influences of relative refractive index,size parameter of added particulate as well as the wavelength of the incident light on extinction coefficient.The results show that under the conditions that the incident light wavelength and relative refractive index are all the same,the extinction coefficient of the single particulate is strongly dependent on its size,and there exists only one single particle size corresponding to the maximum extinction coefficient.The extinction coefficient increases significantly with the relative refractive index monotonously and without considering dispersion,with the change of the wavelength of the incident light,the rule of the extinction coefficient variation with wavelength is closely related to the particulate size.The relative refractive index of the added particulate should be as large as possible,both the size and distribution of added particulate should also be chosen reasonablely in the developmene of the opaque fiber.Finally,examples of the application of opaque fibers in the wool fabrics development are given.
