云母冰凉纤维/苎麻/有色涤纶混纺纱生产实践

摘　　要：云母冰凉纤维是一种具有天然冰凉效果的新型降温散热高科技纤维。文章以研发14.5 tex云母冰凉纤维/苎麻/有色涤纶50/20/30混纺纱为例,在棉纺设备上,探讨云母冰凉纤维、苎麻与有色涤纶纤维的纺纱关键工艺及技术措施,成功开发出多组分冰凉生态麻产品。该产品光泽自然亮丽,风格粗犷,天然麻感突出,既具有导热散湿凉滑爽效果,又具有消臭、防静电、防紫外线辐射等功能,纺纱中混入有色涤纶,减少染纱工序,生态环保,充分发挥了各组分纤维的性能优势,市场前景广阔。Mica ice fiber exhibited outstanding natural cooling and heat dissipation ability was new high-tech fiber.It blended with ramie to develop multi-component ice ramie yarn.A detailed exploration of the technology programs and technical measures in producing mica ice fiber/ramie/black and white polyester multi-component ice ramie yarn on the cotton spinning equipment was discussed.By strictly controlling each process,the entire production was in smooth,the formed yarn had natural and boorish style with good glittering luster,ramie handle and high value-added,which will bring a good reference guide for enterprises.
