摘　　要：探讨了PVA伴纺羊毛开发超高支面料的产品设计要点和技术措施。利用先进技术,借助水溶性纤维伴纺羊毛的设计理念,实现了全毛超高支面料生产,该产品从毛条、纺纱、织造到后整理都成功实现了创新和突破。文章介绍了各工序的关键工艺,剖析了其中的技术难点,提出了相应的解决办法:混条采取PVA条与羊毛条上下层分层喂入的特殊工艺;调整纺纱工艺参数,更改设备的关键部件,使得纱线条干均匀;优化织造工艺参数,提高织机效率;改进后整理除维工艺方案,保证最终产品除维干净彻底,布面平整洁净。The paper studied the design points and technology measures of super high-count fabric made of wool and PVA.According to the idea of wool spinning together with water-soluble fiber-PVA,pure wool fabric with super-count yarn was produced by advanced technology.The product had a major innovation and breakthroughs from mixed top,combing,spinning,weaving to finishing.The key technology of every process was introduced.The technological difficulty was analyzed and the corresponding ways were given.Special process was applied by upper and lower layer feeding with wool and PVA top in the mixed top processing.It adjusted the technology parameter of spinning,changed the key parts of the equipment and promote the yarn evenness.Optimize the weaving parameter to increase the efficiency of the loom.Improve the program of removing PVA in the finishing process to ensure PVA removing thoroughly and the finished product clean and smooth.
