摘  要:对毛条的微波烘干原理及传质传热过程进行分析,并采用自行研制的微波烘干设备对不同形式的毛条进行烘干并对实验结果进行分析。实验结果表明:微波干燥技术可应用于毛条干燥,可实现毛条的连续、高效干燥,烘干效率及质量明显提高。当采用毛条卷整体烘干时,毛条卷内部温度高于80℃,且表面结露明显;当采用松散方式烘干时,毛条表面手感蓬松,温度低于40℃,且多层(6~8层)烘干的能耗低于单层烘干。The microwave drying principle,mass transfer process and heat transfer process were studied.The different wool tops were dried in the microwave drier and the experiment results were analysized.According to the technology experiment,which indicate that the microwave drying technology can be used to drying wool tops.After microwave drying,the moisture among the wool tops was more even and with a high drying efficiency and quality.When the wool tops were dried in a ball type as a unit,the temperature of the wool top in the center of the ball was higher than 80 ℃,and the surface was covered with a thin water layer;when the loose wool top was dried,the feeling was fluffier,and the temperature was lower than 40 ℃.Compared with the energy consumption,the single layer is higher than the multilayer(6-8 layer).
