返乡创业农民工人力资本与创业企业成长关系研究——基于江西、贵州两省的实证分析

摘　　要：文章从创业企业成长影响因素的理论视角,根据作者对江西、贵州两省542位返乡农民工创业者的调查,研究农民创业者人力资本与创业企业成长的关系。研究结果表明,返乡农民工创业者的能力特征、经验特征对农民创业企业的成长具有显著的影响,而知识特征与创业企业成长不具有明显的相关关系。Based on the survey of 542 returned farmer entrepreneurs in Jiangxi and Guizhou Province,this paper analyzes the relationship between returned farmer entrepreneur human capital and enterprise growth from the angle of enterprise growth theo ry.The result shows that the ability characteristic and the experience characteristic have a significant influence on enterprise growth,while there is no obvious correlation between knowledge characteristic and enterprise growth.
