摘　　要：DC—SIGN是一类表达在树突细胞上的c型凝集素受体，能识别和捕获多种糖基化抗原，与不同的糖基化配体及病原体作用可能参与不同的免疫调控。DC—SIGN为广谱的病原受体，与病毒、细菌及真菌等病原体相关，并参与慢性炎症及变态反应的过程，在皮肤科的作用越来越受到重视。DC—SIGN主要分布于外周组织不成熟DC以及淋巴组织成熟DC，最近发现亦表达于角质形成细胞、Schwann细胞。Dendritic cell-specific ICAM-3-grabbing non-integrin （DC-SIGN） is a group of C-type lectin receptors specifically expressed on dendritic cells, which can recognize and capture many kinds of glycosylated antigens, and exert immunomodulatory effect through interaction with different carbohydrate ligands and pathogens. As the receptor of a broad-spectrum of pathogens, DC-SIGN is correlated with many pathogens such as virus, bacteria, fungi, and is involved in chronic inflammation and allergic reactions. Recently, more and more attention has been given to the roles of DC-SIGN in dermatoses and venereal diseases. DC-SIGN is mainly distributed on immature DCs in peripheral tissue and mature DCs in lymph tissues, and has also been observed on both keratinocytes and Schwann cells recently.
