摘  要:从电磁分离理论的基本原理出发,建立电磁压力的数学表达式,研究了频率、电流、电导率等参数对电磁分离效果的影响。结果表明,频率、电流、电导率的增加都会导致电磁压力密度的增强。以ZL102铝硅合金为研究对象,在中频感应炉中进行了电磁分离试验,发现α-Al相和共晶硅相中硅元素含量边缘位置明显高于中心位置,边缘处共晶硅相破碎效果更显著。Based on the principle of electromagnetic separation theory, the formulas of electromagnetic pressure were established. The influences of frequency, current density and electric conductivity on electromagnetic separation were investigated. The results indicate that the increase of frequency, current density and electric conductivity all can enhance the value of electromagnetic pressure. The electromagnetic separation experiment was carried out in medium frequency induction furnace on the subject of ZL102 Al-Si alloy. It can be found that the content of nonmetallic inclusions of Si in edge of α-Al phase and eutectic silicon phase is significantly higher than the center. In addition, the fragmentation effect of eutectic silicon phase in edge is more significant.
