摘 要:采用电炉冶炼了20SiMnCrMo铸钢。采用Q8型直读光谱仪,DM2500型光学显微镜和HB-3000型布氏硬度计等对样品的成分、组织与性能进行了分析。结果表明,20SiMnCrMo铸钢的化学成分表现为较低含量的碳和新的合金元素配比。20SiMnCrMo铸态组织为铁素体+片状珠光体,淬火态与回火态均为马氏体组织。20SiMnCrMo铸钢的晶粒度为9级,优于普通GM钢。Cast steel 20SiMnCrMo was prepared by electric furnace. Chemical composition, microstructure and properties of the alloy cast steel 20SiMnCrMo were analyzed by Q8 photoelectric direct reading spectrometer, DM2500 optical microscope and HB-3000 Brinell hardness tester. The results show that the chemical composition of cast steel 20SiMnCrMo is low carbon content and a new mixture ratio of alloying element. The casting structures of 20SiMnCrMo are ferritic+flake pearlite, and the casting structure of quenching state and backfire are both martensitic. The grain size of cast steel 20SiMnCrMo is grade 9 ,which is better than that of ordinary GM steels.
