摘　　要：窑车轮是窑车中一个重要部件,工业生产中以砂型铸造为主。根据铸钢合金铸造的特点和工艺要求,采用开放-封闭式浇注系统以及设置冒口,成功地试制生产出了窑车轮零件。同时,也确定了合理实用的铸钢砂型铸造工艺。A cartwheel is an important part in kiln vehicle, which is mainly made through sand casting. According to the casting properties and process requires of steel alloy, using process measures as unenclosed-enclosed runner system and setting riser, the parts were successfully trial-produced. A reasonable and practical casting technology was provided.
