摘  要:为了研究镁合金复杂件温拉深成形性能,以Numisheet2011中的Benchmark 2#为例,用ABAQUS建立了十字杯形件的温成形有限元模型。通过热力耦合分析,得到了板料温成形过程中等效应变和应力云图、板料温度分布以及凸模力随位移变化曲线。并把模拟结果和标准考题试验结果进行了比较,结果吻合较好。To research the forming property of the complex piece of magnesium alloy during warm deep drawing, taking Benchmark 2# (Numisheet2011) as an example, the warm forming finite element model of the cross-shaped cup was built with ABAQUS. Through the thermo-mechanical coupling analysis, the strain-effective nephogram, stress-effective nephogram and temperature distribution of the blank during the warm forming process and the curves of the punch force with stroke were obtained. The simulation results and experimental results were compared, and they have a good accord.
