坯料高径比与飞边尺寸对轴承滚珠模锻成形过程影响的数值模拟

摘  要:开式模锻过程中,高径比与飞边尺寸对变形过程的影响极大。采用SIMUFACT软件,对直径为22.225 mm的轴承滚珠零件模锻成形进行了有限元模拟,对不同的高径比和飞边尺寸的锻造变形过程进行了研究。结果表明,轴承滚珠模锻的合理高径比范围为1.8~2.2;飞边宽度不变时,随着飞边厚度增加,变形力变化不大;飞边厚度不变时,随着宽度增加,变形力与宽度呈正比例上升。Ratio of height to diameter and the flash dimensions have an enormous effect on the deformation process of open-die forging. The forming process of bearing ball with diameter 23.725 mm was simulated with the finite element simulation software SIMUFACT. The forging deformation process and flow of metal under different ratio of height to diameter and flash dimensions were studied. The results show that the reasonable ratio of height to diameter is between 1.8-2.2. Moreover, when the other conditions are not changed, the thickness of the flash has little influence while the width of flash has dramatic influence on forging load.
