摘  要:基于有限元分析软件,分析了奥氏体不锈钢薄板GTAW对接接头的焊接应力和变形,预测了残余应力和变形的分布。结果表明:对于奥氏体不锈钢薄板GTAW对接焊缝,最大变形位置发生在焊缝结束端,随着焊缝温度的降低,焊接变形会逐渐减小。引弧阶段,焊接热应力主要分布于熔池周围,熔池前沿热应力较大,熔池后半区域热应力相对较小。在收弧阶段和室温时,焊接应力主要分布在焊缝的两侧。Based on the finite element analysis software, the welding stress and deformation of GTAW butt joints for austenitic stainless steel sheet was analyzed, and the distribution of residual stress and deformation was predicted. The results show that: aiming at the GTAW welding of austenitic stainless steel plate butt welds, the maximum deformation position is in the weld. The welding deformation gradually decreases with the temperature decreasing. At the stage of arc welding, the distribution of thermal stress was mainly around the bath, and thermal stress is larger at cutting-edge, while relatively small at the latter half of the regional zone. In the stage of crater and room temperature, the welding stress distributes in the both sides of the weld beam.
