摘 要:水下焊接温度场分布直接影响焊缝的质量。本研究以Q235-A中厚板T型坡口焊接为例,借助ANSYS软件平台,采用有效措施力求分析的准确性和有效性,对水下局部干法焊接和冷却过程进行三维动态模拟分析,并实现了APDL参数化编程,得到了水下局部干法焊接试件温度场和应力应变场的变化情况及分布规律。Underwater welding temperature field can directly influence the improvement of the welding quality. Taking T-type welding of Q235-A Middle-thickness as an example, 3D dynamic simulation model of local dry underwater welding was established, and the welding and cooling process was simulated by ANSYS software. Some effective measures were taken to ensure the solution convergence and accurate result. With APDL language of ANSYS soilware programme, the distribution and change of temperature and stress-strain field for local dry underwater welding were analyzed during the welding process.
