5—(2′—羧基苯偶氮)绕丹宁作为荧光试剂测定铜(Ⅱ)的研究

摘　　要：本文介绍5—(2′—羧基苯偶氮)绕丹宁应用于荧光分光光度法测定痕量铜(Ⅱ),在PH5.6时,能与铜作用,并在λ_(em)/λ_(ex)=400nm/310nm产生强烈荧光,其荧光强度与铜(Ⅱ)的浓度在0—48ppb范围内有线性关系,灵敏度达8ppb,测定了肉食和蔬菜中的痕量铜,结果满意。In this paper, we will introduce the 5—(2'—Carboxybenzenazo) rhodanine been applied to fluorospectrophotometric determination of microamounts of copper(Ⅱ). This reagent reacts with copper(Ⅱ) in PH=5.6 and shows an intense fluoresence at λ_(em)/λ_(em)= 400nm/310nm. The fluoresence intensity is proportional to copper(Ⅱ) Concentration in the range of 0—48ppb with a seasitivity of 8ppb. The method has been apploed to the determination of trace copper in meat and vegetable with Satisfactory results.
