摘  要:采用絮凝—活性炭吸附结合的方法,对染色加脂废水进行处理。试验发现:EPI-DMA脱色效果优于PAC,但对于废水中加脂剂的处理效果,PAC优于EPI-DMA。经过复配的有机-无机复合絮凝剂EPI-DMA-PAC处理效果良好,在0.35g/L的投加量下,COD、悬浮物(SS)和色度去除率分别为68%、93%、82%,再经过活性炭吸附后,水体澄清透明,水质外观良好,可明显降低综合废水的处理难度。Dyeing - fatliquoring wastewater was treated by using coagulation - activated carbon. It shows that the decoloration of EPI - DMA is better than that of PAC for dyeing wastewater. But for fat - liquoring agent containing wastewater,flocculation per- formance of EPI - DMA was poor. EPI - DMA - PAC which is inorganic - organic composite coagulant has good effect on dyeing - fatliquoring wastewater treatment. When the dosage of EPI - DMA - PAC is O. 35g/L, the removing rate of COD, suspended sub- stance and chroma are 68% ,93% ,82% respectively. Then activated carbon was used to remove light color. Finally water body ap- pearance become clarified and transparent. All this can reduce the burden of comprehensive wastewater obviously.
