摘 要:采用乙烯基类单体对水解胶原蛋白进行接枝共聚改性,制备了蛋白复鞣填充剂。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)和热重分析(TG)对改性前后的水解胶原蛋白结构和热稳定性进行表征,并将制备的蛋白复鞣填充剂应用于绵羊服装革复鞣工序,对坯革增厚率及物理机械性能进行了测定。FT-IR结果表明:乙烯基类单体在水解胶原蛋白多肽链上发生了接枝聚合。TG结果表明:通过接枝共聚,水解胶原蛋白的热稳定性有一定提高。复鞣应用结果表明:采用蛋白复鞣填充剂复鞣后坯革的增厚率达15.1%,抗张强度为14.9N/mm2,撕裂强度为51.2N/mm,断裂伸长率为78.3%,物理机械性能均达到服装用革行业标准,并能赋予坯革良好的丰满性和柔软性。Hydrolyzed protein was modified with vinyl monomers by graft - copolymerization, to prepare protein retanning and filling agent. The structures before and after modified hydrolyzed protein were investigated by fourier transform infrared spectrosco- py ( FT - IR) and the thermal stability was characterized by thermogravimetric analysis (TG). The prepared protein retanning and filling agent applied in retanning process of garment - leather of sheep, and then the thickening rate and the physical and mechani- cal properties of the leather were determinated. The FT - IR results show that vinyl polymer is grafted on the polypeptide chains of hydrolyzed protein and the TG results show that the thermal stability of hydrolyzed protein has improved by graft - copolymeriza- tion. The results of retanning application show that the thickening rate is 15.1%, the tensile strength is 14.9N/mm2, the tear strength is 51.2N/mm, the elongation at break is 78.3%, the physical and mechanical properties of the leather retanned with pro- tein retanning and filling agent reaches to the leather garment industry standard, and the retanned leather is softness and fullness.
