摘　　要：目的　寻找五步蛇毒新的蛇毒类凝血酶组份。方法　用 DEAE-Sepharose-Fast Flow ( -FF)、CM-Sepharose-FF纯化经常规化学提纯的五步蛇毒 ;以血凝活性和精氨酸酯酶活性 ( BAEE)检测酶活力 ;以SDS-PAGE电泳法测定分子量。结果　得到分子量为 1 40 0 0左右的电泳纯蛇毒类凝血酶组份。结论　五步蛇毒中含有低分子量蛇毒类凝血酶。Objective To investigate new thrombin like enzyme(TLE) from the venom of Agkistrodon acutus Methods Using column chromatography separation consisting of DEAE Sepharose FF and CM Sepharose FF to fractionate the venom purificated with normal chemical method Detecting enzyme activity with plasma clotting activities and with BAEE activities Measuring molecular weight with SDS PAGE Results Obtaining the pure TLE fraction with M W 14 000 Da Conclusion Agkistrodon acutus venom contain low M W TLE
