摘　　要：患儿男,2岁。右侧躯干、肢体肥大2年。手足脑回状结缔组织痣,腹部表皮痣,右侧肢体不成比例的过度生长,脂肪组织不规则分布,脉管畸形。皮损组织病理示:真皮浅中层见大量的成熟的脂肪组织。符合变形综合征的诊断标准。A 2-vear-uht boy presented with the right side of trunk and limbs hypertrophy for 2 years. The brain-like con- nective tissue nevi of hand and lbol, abdominal epidermal nevus, disprportionate overgrowlh and irregular distribution of a（lipose tissue, vascttlar malformations. Histopathologieal examination showed a lot of mature adipose tissue in superficial aud middle layer of dermis. It met the standard of Proteus syndrome.
