二期梅毒2例误诊分析

摘　　要：例1男,32岁。面部出现疣状皮损3个月,被误诊为深部真菌病。例2男,39岁。肛周出现环状红斑2个月,被误诊为湿疹。2例查RPR均为1∶32(+),TPPA(+)。诊断:二期梅毒。例1予头孢曲松2g/d静脉滴注,连续15d,第15d复诊时,皮损明显缩小;例2予苄星青霉素240万U肌内注射,每周1次,共3周,第2周复诊时,皮损明显缩小。Case 1 was a male aged 32 years who had developed verrueous vegetation on the face for 3 months, he had been clinically treatead as subeulaneous mycosis. Case 2 was a male aged 39 years who had developed atom- lar erylhema on the erissum for 2 months, he had been clinically treatead as eczema. The syphilis serology tests for the two patients were RPR I ： 32 （ ＋ ）and TPPA （ ＋ ）. The two eases were diagnosed as＂Seeondary syphilis＂. The skin lesions of case 1 were smaller after treating with ceflriaxone （2 g/d tot 15 days）. Case 2 was treated with henzathine penicillin 2.4 Mn,IM, once a week for 3 weeks, the skin leisitms were smaller after one time of benzathine penicillin trealment.
