摘　　要：明代医家薛己精通临床各科,从南京太医院离职后,在江浙一带的民间从事医疗及著述活动,撰写了诊疗杨梅疮(梅毒)的医案,比较详细地描述了杨梅疮的症状,最早记录了小儿先天性杨梅疮,开创母子同治的先河,最早使用以土茯苓为君药的方剂诊疗杨梅疮。薛氏对杨梅疮的诊治做出了重大的贡献,对世界性病学史产生了重要影响。The doctor Xue Ji in the Ming dynasty was skillful at clinical various branches, who was engaged in health care and altersir activities in Jiangsu and Zhejiang province after his dimission from Nanjing Taiyiyuan. He wrote the medical record about the diagnosis and treatment of syphilis, describing the symptoms of syphilis in details. He was the person who recorded the children congenital syphilis firstly, created the way of homother- apy for mother and son, and used the prescriptions regarding glabrous greenbrier rhizome as monarch drug to diagnose and treat syphilis at the earliest. Xue Ji has made significant contributions to the diagnosis and treatment of syphilis, exerted a great influence on the world venereal disease history.
