摘　　要：针对焦炉边火道温度经常偏低、偏高给炉体和环境带来不良影响的现象,结合不同的生产情况,采取加强蓄热室密封、减少煤气窜漏、及时调整孔板大小等措施,使炉头系数由原来的不到0.85提高到0.91以上,改善了环境并提高了炉头焦炭质量。Because the side flue temperature of the coke oven often was low or high to cause adverse effect on the coke oven body and the environment. Combing with different production situation, a series of improvement measures were taken. They are as follows： strengthening seal for the regenerator, reducing gas leaking and adjusting the orifice plate to suitable size in time. Then the jamb coefficient increased to 0.91 above from less than 0.85, improving the environment and coke quality in jamb.
